Note: This is a general list of all known cemeteries or burying grounds we have found listed on the Isle of Bute, Scotland. Not all are active. Some abandoned.

Barone Road Cemetery (BG) (FAG) - On Barone Road, South West of Rothesay. (55.8310410, -5.0712420)

Castle Chapel - remnants of a chapel exist withing the walls of the 15 century Rothesay Castle. It is assumed there are burials here.

Croc-an-Raer Cemetery (BG(FAG) - Also known as North Bute Church Cemetery and as St. Colmac's Church, Located west of Kames Bay Port Bannatyane, at Manse, on Tramway road (B875). The church is now in ruins. The Cemetery is well maintained and in good shape. (55.8965800, -5.1103800)

High Church of Rothsay Churchyard (FAG- Also known as St. Mary's Churchyard Cemetery. Located south of the city of Rothesay as part of the larger Rothesay Cemetery (55.8283650, -5.0569720)

Kingarth Cemetery (BG) (FAG) - Also known as Kingarth Old Church Cemetery. Located on Plan and Route A844, south west of the village of Kingarth, west of Kilchattan Bay in souther Bute. (55.7613900, -5.044400)

North Bute Church Cemetery (BG) (FAG- Also known as Croc-an-Raer Cemetery and as St. Colmac's Church. Located west of Kames Bay Port Bannatyane, at Manse, on Tramway road (B875). The church is now in ruins. The Cemetery is well maintained and in good shape. (55.8965800, -5.1103800)

Rothesay Cemetery (BG) (FAG - South of the City of Rothesay on High Street. (55.8283600. -5.05666420)

St. Blane's Churchyard (FAG) - In Southern Bute. on the grounds of a 12th century ruined chapel. (55.7368788, -5.0359966)

St. Bride's Chapel Burial Ground - is a 18 Century Burial Grounds, sometimes referred to as Chapelhill. It is located on the west side of the City of Rothesay on Westland Road.

St. Colmacs Church (FAG) - Also known as North Bute Church Cemetery and as Croc-an-Raer Cemetery. Located west of Kames Bay Port Bannatyane, at Manse, on Tramway road (B875). The church is now in ruins. The Cemetery is well maintained and in good shape. (55.8965800, -5.1103800)

St. Mary's (FAG) - Also known as High Church of Rothsay Churchyard. Located south of the city of Rothesay as part of the larger Rothesay Cemetery (55.8283650, -5.0569720)

St. Michael's Chapel - A Medievail Chapel and Burial Ground. The ruins are located in the Cowal area of northwest Bute near Kilmichael. (55.8864, -5.2117)
